Discovering America Through My Lens: A 6-Day Road Trip Across 10 States
I Took A Road Trip To Virginia And Kept Going
This is a follow-up post to an article I wrote about a 6-day road trip I made in October of 2024. Here is the original If you want to take a look. Watch the video above to get the whole story.
Farmville Virginia
Wyoming offered striking contrasts, from unique green sand structures to historic old buildings and barns, each with its own weathered story. This part of the trip reminded me that even the smallest, most unexpected details can transform a scene. Capturing the raw beauty of Wyoming’s structures challenged me to see architecture in a new light—its past held in every line and shadow.
Virginia To The Outer Banks North Carolina
Lighthouse Hunting and other cool places
Roanoke island and manteo
Meadow Run Mill and General Store located by the Michie Tavern
Kentucky Wild turkey and Cool buildings
Big Boats Cars and haunted houses
Final Thoughts: Pushing Beyond the Comfort Zone
This road trip wasn’t just a journey across states; it was a journey of growth. It challenged me to see the world in new ways, to embrace the unknown, and to step outside of what I knew. Every photo in this collection is a reminder of the beauty we discover when we push ourselves beyond our comfort zones.
If you’re ready to experience the world differently, join me in this journey through my photographs. Let each image inspire you to see the world with fresh eyes and to embrace your own adventures, no matter how big or small.
